Agent log file – C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Application Data\Sam360\Sam360.log
Management Point log file – C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Application Data\Sam360\ManagementPoint.log
Service Log file – C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sam360\Sam360Service.log

Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10

Agent log file – C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Sam360\Sam360.log
Management Point log file – C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Sam360\ManagementPoint.log

[User Name] refers to the user name of the Windows account under which the agent or management point is running.
