If a user forgets the password to their Sam360 account, their password can be reset in the User Details section of the Sam360 portal.

To see a list of all users, visit the All Users report
To see a list of users that have permission to log on to the Sam360 portal, visit the Portal Users report in the Settings area.

1. Click the user whose password is to be changed
2. Click the ‘Advanced’ tab
3. Specify the new password
4. Click ‘Save’

The user’s password has been reset.
